Interest Group on Green and Circular Economy

Established in 2016, the EPA Network Interest Group on Green and Circular Economy (IG GCE) works to support the transition towards a sustainable and circular economy. 

The group works collaboratively across Europe’s environment agencies to explore what countries and the European Union can do to promote opportunities and remove obstacles for the transition. They take stock of measures taken in different countries to share good practices and to learn from experiences in other countries.

The group focuses on joint-learning and concrete outputs, such as discussion papers. Outputs from the group are shared across the network and the European Union.
